Modular management system for customers, documents, processes and digital business workflows – continuously expanded since 2017 and in productive use.

With SBM (Simple Business Manager), an in-house CRM and management system was created to centrally organise operational workflows. The system was originally developed to bring customer management, documents, orders and internal processes together clearly in one platform, and has been continuously expanded since 2017.

Thanks to its modular structure, numerous functions and extensions have been added over time. Today the system includes, among other things, customer management, document management, quotation and invoicing, digital contract signing, e-invoices, rental processes, mobile applications and custom industry modules for different areas of use.

The experience from planning, developing, operating and further developing this system still feeds into new CRM projects, platforms, automations and digital solutions today. This resulted not just in a single management system, but in a practical foundation for many further projects and requirements.
